Do you ever have that feeling that you never seem to get the reward at the end of your work?
Like school for example. It feels like you spend so much time and SO MUCH money to get a degree to do what? Work in your field? When you don't have a specific major like teaching, or nursing, or those, "I want to be a (insert obvious profession here) when I grow up," it's hard to know what you are going to do with your life.
Well my friends, I am proud to say, my life has begun!
I just got accepted for an internship with a company called Conflict Analysis and Intervention Group (CAAIG for short).
"Conflict Analysis and Intervention Group (CAAIG) is a U.S.-based Limited Liability Company with a Middle East North Africa (MENA) regional office in Beirut, Lebanon. Our mission is to transform conflict and manage emergencies through in-depth assessments and targetted interventions, curriculum design, capacity building, and cross-cultural engagement."
(This is taken directly from the website.)
I'm pretty excited about this internship because it directly deals with emergency management, which if you didn't know, is my major. :)
If you want to check it out, here is the website.
And this specifically is my biography.
I'm excited to see where God is leading me within this major :)
